  Turned up and allocated a sherwood lodge, horrified as hadn't been cleaned dirty towels still in lodge, dishwasher full.
  Was upgraded but still issues no trays/dishes for the oven, no kitchen bin
  No heating in the bathroom
  Some sockets in lounge don't work
  Bedroom furniture falling apart in places this is suppose to be a luxury lodge and certainly not.

  The entrance to the park is not very well lit so was difficult to find on a dark foggy night. The lady on reception was very polite when we arrived. The lodge was very cold when we first got in but after a quick visit from the maintenance man he adjust the heating timer straight away and the problem was resolved. The lodges themselves are well equipend and look lovely from the outside. The hot tub was set up and good to go when we arrived and looked very clean and well maintained. The interior of the lodge was not very well cleaned with some items left from the previous occupant and the floor could of done with a vacuuming but not it wasn't horrific. The lodge could benefit from some updating and a small amount of attention but everything functioned as it should. There was only a small brush to keep the place tidy, I would of like a bit more equipment supplied such as a dustpan and a mop and bucket. The lodge is a little far ot from major family attractions but if your willing to drive there is a lot of choice. The park is lovely but would probably not book again.
